How to purchase additional Coins during my Membership?

If you’ve used up your existing UrbanPro Coins and want to continue responding to student enquiries, you can easily purchase more coins. 

Steps to Buy More Coins:
1. Log in to your UrbanPro tutor account.
2. Look at the top right corner of your screen — you’ll see your Coins balance shown as a coin icon.
3. Click on the Coin Icon – This opens a screen where you’ll find a ‘Buy Coins’ button.
4. You’ll be taken to the Payment Page, where you can:
5. Choose the amount of coins you want to buy.
6. View the available coin packages.
7. Check if any promo codes are available.
8. Apply and make sure the discount appears in your total price
9. Click ‘Continue’ to proceed to the Order Summary page.
10. This page shows a detailed breakdown of your purchase.
11. Click on ‘Online Payment’ to complete the transaction.

Credit/Debit Cards
Net Banking
Cash card
Mobile Payments
Wallets like Mobikwik, Paytm, Payzapp, Jana Cash Wallet

Consider buying larger coin bundles if you plan to respond to many enquiries — they often offer better value per coin.
